1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and registering with Mashallah Marriage Bureau, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our service is designed strictly for adults (18 years and above) genuinely seeking matrimony.
2. Membership Fees & Payments
- Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 is required to initiate the active matchmaking process.
- Finalization Fee: A fee of Rs. 40,000 applies immediately upon the successful finalization of a marriage proposal arranged through our platform.
- We do not offer refunds of the Registration Fee under any circumstances, as the fee primarily covers our exhaustive search and administrative costs.
3. User Responsibilities
As a member, you agree to provide completely accurate, true, and up-to-date information regarding your personal details, marital status, and financial standing. Any misrepresentation discovered will lead to immediate termination of services without a refund.
4. Role of the Bureau
Mashallah Marriage Bureau acts as an intermediary seeking to connect compatible families. While we conduct basic screening, we do not perform exhaustive legal background checks. Both families are expected to do their own thorough investigation before finalizing any relationship. The Bureau holds no responsibility for the actions or behavior of individuals post-introduction.
5. Communication Protocol
Members must maintain absolute respect and decency when communicating with our staff or introduced families. Abusive, inappropriate, or harassing behavior will result in swift termination from our registry.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to delete or disable any account if we suspect fraudulent activity, inappropriate behavior, or circumvention of our fee policies.
